My background is comprised of all aspects of project acquisition and operations. I have served in numerous supervisory and leadership positions throughout my career, from field operations and field leadership roles to Project Management, Senior Project Management, Project Executive, and Vice President, producing consistent results while managing multiple projects and teams, working alongside developers, Owners, Government Agencies, business development/sales teams and estimating teams. I have proven expertise in managing operations, project scheduling, risk management, safety, quality, and helping build and maintain a sustained revenue backlog.I have performed as Business Development and Pre-Construction Divisional Lead. I have successfully managed consecutive and concurrent bundled projects (school bond construction & renovations and Regional and Nationwide SABER/JOC Programs) as well as multiple projects for larger accounts (Big-Box Retail/Texas A&M University). I have a project portfolio that includes Hospitality (Custom Boutique, Resort-Restaurant, Marriott, Hyatt, Government), K-12 Public Schools, Higher Education, Public Works, Civil Works, Site Development & Infrastructure, Big-Box Retail, Government/Federal Facilities, Medical/Dental Facilities Construction and Renovations, and Multi-Family Construction. I also serve on numerous steering committees focusing on building and enhancing employee training and benefit programs, Project Controls, advanced CPM scheduling and forensic analysis, and corporate operations and guidelines.I am a dedicated and growing Servant Leader and I believe in a TEAM-oriented, structured and organized approach to Project Execution with SAFETY taking center stage. Orchestrating over a project or series of projects, I bridge the gaps between the Owner, end users, and the Contractor to build greater certainty into projects. I strengthen construction teams through positional authority, responsibility, and accountability. I have always driven myself and my teams to acknowledge, understand, and appreciate the goals and expectations of the Owner and the End-User. I consider being the ward of public funds for education and Government infrastructure a great honor and responsibility.
