Health Safety Environment Quality Advisor Roy Hill Project - Rail / RTIO HD4Rail – Expansion Project / RTIO RCE – Expansion ProjectFMG - T155 Expansion Project / BHP – Various works - Finucane Island / Nelson PointMy primary goal as a HSEQ Advisor is to motivate personnel to maintain an effective worksite capable of meeting its objectives, without harm to either personnel, property or the environment. I am also the lead auditor for the company responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance Program within the business unit, ensuring compliance to ISO9001: ISO14001: ISO18001 AS4801.Duties Include:Provide a high safety profile by conducting audits, site inspections and communicating HSE matters with all members of staff and contractors.To plan and conduct Health, Safety and Environmental audits (base and operational locations) based on existing procedures, standards and to report the findings to senior management.Review and record any HSEQ non-compliance and suggest possible improvement or preventive measures as appropriate.Ensure the efficient collation and maintenance of HSE records as required by HSE management systems.Organise HSEQ Records and submit monthly reports in a timely and precise manner.Monitor Company and the Client HSEQ KPIs to ensure performance measures are met.Maintain the corrective action management system and establish / suggest measures to prevent recurrence.To conduct and lead in incident investigation, and to establish and rectify root causes in order to prevent recurrence.Ensure all hazards, incidents and accidents are reported immediately and managed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure a safe working environment that complies with legislative requirements is provided.Conduct Safe Act Observations and Safety Interactions with all workers including review of employee risk assessments.Facilitate and train in behavioural based safety systems.
