I am very fortunate that my construction experience is vast and not limited only to several specialties. In the early 90's I was a foreman runing a crew that developed multiple property sites for future homes sites in Arroyo Grande Ca. My responsbilites included installing erosion control items such as silt fencing, landscaping netting, installing the underground electric, sewer,and water lines. Participated in construction of a retention dam that captures all runoff from rain and from all the future drainage from the new homes that where to be built around Arroyo Grande Creek area. My crew and I constructed a spillway and a box culvet which is part of the retention dam emergency overflow system. The dam is able to handle all the runoff up to a 100 yr type storm. My crew and I also completed approx 1.3 milea of drainage culvert down two canyons which then intercepted at the lower part of the spillway dam. I was the project manager/ builder/ foreman for a custom home in the hills around Arroyo Grande Ca. I oversaw the removal and relocation of appox a 3000 cu yrds of soil from the site after which the lot was cut to the specfied engineered parameters using a CatD8 tractor and John Deere earthmover. I then was tasked to build the custom home from pouring the concrete foundation thru trimming out the house which also included installing all underground utilities,installed a complete sepic and drainage system. poured and finishied all concrete including the flatwork.Since moving from San Luis Obispo Ca. to San Mateo Calif. I teamed up with a builder in 1998 and we completed over 16 remoldels not just kitchen or baths.The project were more like room addition to complete tear down, post and beam foundationsI have over 27 yrs of constuction experince from foundation thru finish and experience in other trades tooI am qualify to be a lead carpenter or project manager on any construction job big or smallI can also run and manage any type of equipment I ISpecialties: My specitles include structual concrete, drainage, site development, landscape irrigation, equipment operator, framing, project manager, finish carpentry and consultant erosion control specalist, sesmic retrofit, structual retaining wall
