Advisory board member of the UT Customer Experience program, providing feedback on course content and future state adjustments to stay current with CX trends.

- Hire, train, mentor and develop staff while cultivating a collaborative, creative, results-oriented work environment- Coordinate efforts of direct reports to ensure that merchandise plans support the goals of all merchandising divisions, that information is consistently managed across the team, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration within the team- Conduct in-depth pre/post analysis of plan-o-grams with the objective of providing the buying teams insight into customer-trends, product replenishment, shelf space allocations, merchandising strategies as well as other retail space planning metrics and management objectives at SKU, category, cluster, and departmental level - Manage vendor(s), integrity of data interfaced with vendor(s), and the entire internal and external process of shelf strips for Sales Initiatives that impact every store location each week, to ensure all strips are accurate and timely in their arrival to stores - Responsible for handling needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align current and future technology and business processes with the department’s and companies multi-year strategies- Advise business stakeholders on new system needs and ways to make systems and business processes more efficient and employees more productive. Work directly with the Information Technology department to identify systems, develop requirements, test, and deploy such systems- Analyze the performance of stores, plan-o-grams, clusters, departments and shelf space to help identify space imbalances, determine profitability and non-performing clusters, plan-o-grams, and SKUs for the purpose of maximizing space performance across the chain
