Key achievements: - Developed the BI and information sharing strategy, facilitating reporting and analytics requirements from all areas of the business. - Responsible for the rollout of a new reporting and analytics tool across Dunelm (Microsoft Power BI), as part of an exec sponsored BI transformation strategy. - Developed the in-house customer and colleague feedback system, saving £0.8m over a 3-year period. Delivered channel specific customer insights gained from text analytics resulting in a 5% pt. improvement in store NPS - Co-leading the development of the enterprise data warehouse, to be the single source of truth for all business data at Dunelm - Upskilled the BI team in data analysis skills (SQL, Power BI, Python)
