Provided construction management services to various properties throughout the Midwest Region. Completed a 3.5-million-dollar renovation of a high-rise building in Chicago, 5-million-dollar renovation of mid-rise building in Saint Paul, A 2.5-million-dollar insurance claim in Omaha and multiple smaller projects. My responsibilities included jobsite review, estimating, and hiring of Architects, Contractors and Suppliers. I issued AIA Contracts, change orders, maintained billing. I assured jobsite coordination, safety and contractual obligations were met through frequent jobsite visits, meetings, maintaining open lines of communication and the hiring of onsite personnel.

I completed the construction of two large condominium projects. These two condominium projects collectively amounted to around 30 million dollars. I’ve also completed several design build projects throughout the Metro Detroit area. Some of these projects consisted of a 4 million-dollar Auto Dealership and a 1.5 million-dollar Clubhouse. I’ve also completed a 12 million-dollar, design build, 135,000 sq. foot, research and development facility, a 4.5 million-dollar research and development shell facility and a 2.5 million-dollar, design build, office building. I was personally responsible for issuing and negotiating all subcontracts, coordinating the Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings, writing necessary correspondence, proposals and change orders to Subcontractors and Owners. I also conducted job progress meetings and maintained open communication between all parties involved within each project.

Managed and supervised the construction of multiple projects in the Ann Arbor area for the University of Michigan, University of Michigan Hospital, and private sector. These projects consisted of a 2.5 million-dollar credit union, labs, radiology rooms, chemical storage facilities, microbrewery, health clinic and other various projects. I performed onsite supervision, scheduling manpower and subcontractors, enforced onsite safety, issued proposals and change orders and conducted meetings with the Owner and Subcontractors.
