Collaborating with UNCC Alumni and Bank of America Leaders, I coordinated with over 60 students in the Belk College of Business to take the initiative to develop their leadership skills first hand. I coordinated 2 simulation scenarios that took 5 minutes for briefing, 45 minutes of running the simulation, and 5 minutes for feedback. The first simulation was on dealing with CYBER ATTACKS IN A WORLD FULL OF AI and the second simulation was on FIXING WIDE-SCALE FRAUD. Every student held executive titles and collaborated with Bank of America professionals to build upon their success.
