I have over 15 years of communications experience including digital marketing, critical strategic and crisis planning, technical documents, training content, leading training seminars and conferences, social media marketing, SEO, and audio/video production, among other skills. Over the last 8 years I’ve been in a leadership role in TN’s Strategic Technology Solutions division, as a liaison between our development staff and the 70+ departments/commissions across the state that we support.In 2024, I was honored to be nominated for a Governor’s Excellence in Service Award for the Finance & Administration Department. I've also been recognized multiple times for my communication and care while supporting the state’s department employees across the enterprise and TN's citizens. I pride myself in understanding complex technical processes and being able to translate that into something that anyone can understand.Over the years in working both public and private sectors, I’ve picked up a very strong skillset and understanding in various content management systems (AEM, Wordpress, etc.), Adobe Creative/Document/Experience Cloud products (Photoshop, Premiere, Analytics, Acrobat Sign, etc.), digital accessibility guidelines (ADA, 508 compliance using products like SiteImprove), SEO and Data Analysis (Coveo, Analytics, etc.), leading and managing a team, UX/UI design, quality assurance, and public/keynote speaking.I’m always looking for ways to grow and progress professionally, so I’m beginning to take interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ways it can be used efficiently in the workplace.
