I can influence and lead teams to perform operationally at a high level with consistency. - Its all about coaching - exploring, analyzing and then responding in a way that is very intentional and actionable. - I ensure that I bring my team along by collaborating. Asking the right people, the right questions to create an effective plan that has buy-in with all parties. It can't be my plan - it has to be a shared plan. - I am very strategic by nature and I spend time thinking about the final outcome and then I work backwards to bring the vision to life. Thought leadership is one of my strengths. I understand and have demonstrated strong financial controls in the organizations that I have led. - I establish and create systems that focus on boundaries on all P&L line items. - Review performance by shift, day, week and period. Quick to coach and course correct after determining root cause of opportunity. - I have developed workshops to strengthen desired behaviors and provided immediate recognition to strengthen desired performance.
