Function as a Field Project Specialist for the Facilities and Maintenance Group, making repairs and modifications for the facilities, infrastructure projects, new construction and renovations. Coordinate and provide oversight during construction, along with ensuring the work is conducted safely in accordance with OSHA Federal Regulations. Verify that contract ESH requirements and Laboratory procedures are being adhered to. Ensure the work is done according to scope, certify the quality of work through inspections, validating: effort, labor & materials and the proper closeout of work. Function as a commissioning agent for new installations as well as modifications, repair and overhaul of systems including but not limited to building systems, infrastructure systems, mechanical & electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and utility systems.Demo an existing high bay butler building and construct a new 3600 sq. ft. high bay Butler Building with a 35 ton crane to an existing high bay building. A key characteristic of the new construction is the existing high bay crane and new high bay crane overlap. Make additonal site wide building upgrades through the Elevator Modernizaton Program, Re-roof Program and site wide Infrastucture upgrades to site utilities, parking lots, roads, sidewalks and loading docks. Site wide Cable Fiber Upgrade Project, new Node Building and new site wide Copper to Fiber Fire alarm system upgrades. New Physical Therapy Space and Office Renovations.

Worked as the company field Laison for approximately fourty five current and past clients, fostering the client owner relationship through the office of Special Projects Division. Completed Interior Projects in size from 240,000 SF re-stack and boardrooms to miscellaneous renovations.
