As Managing Director of Colliers’ Maine office, my responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations in the office and fostering continued growth and market share in the state of Maine.I specialize in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. My previous experience in residential real estate has translated well to multifamily and mixed-use investment properties.I became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007, but I grew up with a father in residential development and have really been around it my whole life. I have extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development.Prior to joining Colliers, I was a partner at Cardente Real Estate. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In my early years, I attended Cheverus High School, where I developed strong networking and personal ties to the Portland community. I still reside in Portland with my wife, Ali, and maintain strong relationships with both alma maters.
