Responsible for managing the centre to hit all targets and budgets including apprenticeships and AEB.

The main responsibilities in my current role are to manage on a daily basis a team of 13 staff. Along with managing the team I am responsible for managing the performance of the team, this includes completing monthly one to one meeting, setting targets and personal development plans, any disciplinary issues that might arise and completing staff annual appraisals. I am also responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety and ensuring my region delivers a quality service to all learners and employers.

The main responsibilities in my current role are to manage on a daily basis a team of 26 staff, this team includes assessors,internal verifiers and business development staff. Along with managing the team I am responsible for managing the performance of the team, this includes completing monthly one to one meeting, setting targets and personal development plans, any disciplinary issues that might arise and completing staff annual appraisals. I am also responsible for managing a Skills Funding Agency contract in excess of £1m, to ensure the contract value is achieved I’m responsible for ensuring all budget targets for starts and achievers are met, this includes team and individual targets. I am also responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety and ensuring my region delivers a quality service to all learners and employers.

Managing a team of NVQ assessors to ensure all learner achieved their qualification on time. Business development contacting new business to offer them the funded training that was available, Sales presentations, preparing reports for management.
