Joined Noonan Construction in 2007 and partnered with owner Brian Noonan to help grow and drive his remodeling business. In 6 years time, helped to increase revenue, gain larger local presence, build marketing strategies, increased overall capabilities and provided structure to the entire company. Overview of responsibilities includes: • Create and maintain relationships with property management companies. • Set appointments/meeting with possible customers.• Responsible for ordering and pricing materials for all types of interior and exterior remodeling projects. • Create marketing materials as well as interview and hire marketing solicitors. • Schedule sub-contractors and internal employees on daily jobs and tasks.• Maintain relationships with past and present customers.• Interview and hire both internal employees as well as sub-contractors.• Estimate and do take-offs on both interior and exterior remodeling projects for residential customers.• Responsible for all in-home sales and negotiating with future customers.• In charge of performing all employee yearly evaluations.. • Create and train employees and sub-contractors to use specific checklists, that pertain to projects• Estimate and do take-offs on both interior and exterior remodeling projects for commercial customers.• Read and do take-offs from blueprints of commercial roofing and siding projects that the company is bidding on.• Design and draw additions, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks and garages for potential customers.• Hire and communicate with both architects and engineers for design and construction drawings.• Create schedule and timeline for residential projects.• Designed marketing logos, T-shirts, websites and slogan.• Implemented corporate structure to a one man company before becoming a partner.• Designed and hired company to do vehicle advertising and signage.• Created proposals and contracts for both residential and commercial projects.
