Reporting to the Managing Director of Retail, I had overall accountability for the property management and operational performance of the portfolio. My direct reports included two Operations Directors, the Head of Property Management and the Portfolio Car Park Manager, with a wider team of over 100 professional staff. Key responsibilities included: - Leading a multi disciplined team tasked with delivering operational excellence across all disciplines - Creating the environment where our occupiers can maximise their sales potential - Overseeing the procurement and delivery of over £50 million of service provision at sites - Maximising income and revenue profit - Managing key stakeholder relationships and making a significant positive impact to the communities within which we operated

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, I was responsible for the operational management of Land Securities factory outlet and retail park portfolios.As a Director of Bridgewater Management Ltd, I represented Land Securities interests in a retail development in Northern Ireland.With an increasing number of residential units being included in our developments, I was asked to formulate a strategy for addressing residential management in mixed use schemes.
