Managed the sales process for 12 outside sales people. Wrote and implemented the company's Mission Statement, Vision, Goals, and Values initiatives. Purposed to bring new useful sales tools to the operation with intentions of increasing education, sales, training, and professionalism.

As a Territory Manager I was responsible for providing sales and service of Exxon & Mobil Branded products as a primary, and Petro-Canada, Quaker Chemical, and others as additional product line. I developed and increased my territory from 40,000 gallons to 2.5 million gallons of lubricant business over the 18 1/2 years in the field. My focus: to bring value added, solution driven solutions, while providing exceptional customer service, with integrity and professionalism.

Trained and supervised as many as 40 employees in the areas of safety, quality, process improvement for the tire manufacturing industry in the Banbury Department. I was involved in updating as well as writing SOP's, Safety Guidelines, Increasing Production Levels, and Reducing Waste. Also monitored and approved union time cards for payroll.
