My focus is working closely with Owner/Directors of manufacturing, trade and operations-based businesses which have strong potential to grow but require assistance with finance, pricing, strategy, sales, marketing, general business issues and decision-making. Our unique "Profit Planning" programme provides all the tools needed to grow the client's business in the most sustainable way, with complete analysis and ongoing assistance all provided within the support package. The key difference from traditional coaching support is that we take time to really understand the client's business and objectives through our "deep dive" analytical tools and directly assist with completing tasks rather than just adding to busy workloads. It is crucial to ensure the right fit and avoid conflicts of interest, so this programme is subject to eligibility. I also specialise in providing 1-2-1 coaching & mentoring Executive support. This typically takes the form of monthly or quarterly meetings and call-off support, or a Non-Executive role. We can cover all aspects of the business or focus on a specific project or objective. There are three key benefits; providing accountability, knowledge/resource, and a sounding board.Many of my clients start off by telling me things like; their business has become too reactive, too much of the burden is on their shoulders, they are working mostly in their business not on it, they are not sure of the next step or the best way to grow their business, there are some areas that they are not so sure about and often don't have anywhere to turn to for advice. My mission is to ensure clients feel motivated, inspired, informed and fully supported to make and plan the positive changes needed to get them to wherever they want to go. This comes from a clear understanding of the business model and having absolute confidence in the growth plan which is reviewed on a regular basis. Having owned, managed, bought and sold businesses and spent more than six years in consulting, I offer guidance, tools and templates designed to predict and overcome barriers, ensuring clients move forward in a timely and effective manner. I am experienced in virtually all aspects of running a company, including business planning & strategy, finance, cost reduction, sales & marketing, operations, HR, legal, quality assurance, environmental, and health & safety management. My consultancy experience is multi-sector, but I particularly specialise in Trades and Manufacturing Sectors. I also provide assistance with finance, grants, funding, and business plans.
