I worked for the Henderson Police Department between August 1998 and February 2022. I was a patrol officer between 1998 and 2009. During this time, I worked part time as a Task Force Officer for the IRS Criminal Division (Financial Crimes Task Force). In 2015, I was transferred to the IRS Task Force full time until I retired in February 2022. During my career with the Henderson Police Department, I was also a member of the Henderson Police Department Honor Guard, Secretary for the Henderson Police Officers Association, and Secretary for the Injured Police Officers Fund (IPOF). I worked with the IRS as a Task Force Officer for approximately 11 years. In this role, our team investigated worldwide money laundering crimes with various local, state, and federal agencies that have a nexus to human trafficking, illegal drug activity, illegal gambling, and other fraud-based crimes.

Taught criminal justice classes to students at the College of Southern Nevada West Charelston, Henderson, and North Las Vegas Campuses. Some of these classes included Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminology, and Introduction to Corrections.
