Mike is a highly experienced logistics and project manager with successful track record in requirements management, support solution development and assurance for major equipment acquisition projects and support availability contracts. He has been part of many MoD equipment acquisition and through-life support projects, working within project teams or as a supply chain expert providing specialist support. Mike is trained and experienced in strategic and change management, planning and policy development, having worked in several corporate headquarters and led or supported major organisational change projects. He has considerable experience of business analysis, business process re-engineering, supply chain development, and overall business improvement. Mike has key skills in business analysis, requirements capture, stakeholder management, test, evaluation and acceptance, planning and project /programme management. He has experience of logistic information systems design and development. Mike offers a combination of management and technical expertise, based on his background in the Army, MoD and industry. He has over 10 years experience of working in MoD acquisition organisations supporting Joint and Land environments.
