Managing insurance change in a lead capacity including new product configuration analysis, gap analysis for prospective clients and enhancing client offerings to make them more competetive in their respective markets.

For the first 4 years of my career as a business analyst working for IFDS / DST / SS&C, I worked as a WRAP Platform Business Analyst and was involved in the programme to move a funds Management Company to a multi product platform offering using DST Bluedoor technology. I was the Finance BA for this implementation and also assisted with regulatory reporting requirements. Once implemented, I worked on implementing a strategic requirements management tool for the department (Blueprint) as well as managing BAU change on the Platform. From 2018 - 2019, I worked in the Retirement and Insurance division introducing a new Whole of Life product to close out a client's Target Operating Model (TOM) spanning multiple jurisdictions (UK, Germany, Spain and Poland).

Since November 2011 I worked as a Business Analyst within the Global Restructuring Group (GRG) division of RBS. I was accountable for managing change to both of RBS’s core systems which are two of the largest databases in the group, faciling the management of over 350,000 customer connections. The platforms are business critical for over 2500 users in GRG UK and GRG globally. Management of change to the systems involved: - Managing regular forums with frontline Relationship Managers, Operations teams, Training and Technical Support colleagues from around the globe- Acting as a bridge between the frontline and technology translating technical requirements and functional specifications to both sides to ensure the right solution was delivered; - Performed testing and arranged business resource for UAT; - Performed system regression testing and managing any defects during a warranty period. The role gave me experience in business transformation, allowed me to redesign business processes, and provided opportunity to support continuous improvement within the team, striving to make a more efficient and cost effective way of working.

Managed a team of 12 individuals in a Credit Card Centre focusing on Customer service and sales in order to drive retail success within the RBS devision.
