KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-Maintain Business Process documentation as they relate to support services and identify areas of process improvement-Key contact for testing - business and technical processes in all UFA systems - Microsoft Dynamics releases, SAP, changes and improvements-Liaise with business units to enforce accountability and responsibility associated with business and master data records, and to communicate support process and training opportunities-Develop from end-to-end (analysis, design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance) of a staff forecasting model for team scheduling and adherence-Create weekly dashboards on reporting metrics and KPIs for the Support Services team, by translating stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables-Aid in the development and recording of policies and procedures related to data maintenance; ensure document standards are in place and up to date-Aid in the administration of support principles and policies that have been set as they relate to all support services streams - customer support, business support and data support-Coordinate and ensure Knowledge Management records are up to date and maintain governance structure. Perform root cause analysis for issues that exceed the knowledge and ability of other users to diagnose-Work collaboratively as a member of the Support Services team, customize existing reporting software to ensure the successful reporting of trends and progress for the team-Deliver ad hoc reports as needed, to Support Services and the broader Co-operative Relations & Marketing Team-Special project work as required

Created and administered test scripts for a successful roll out to the company.-Lead Avantis Authorized Spending Limit Workflow Administrator for exception and high dollar requisition approval transactions.From 2009-2013, provided support desk tasks for day-to-day Avantis related issues, including auditing and mass loading of equipment entity data into the system using Microsoft Excel and DataPilot.
