Responsible for managing the Production Planning department, the Fruit Evaluation Department, and Fresh Quality in order to attain company production and revenue goals. The Production Planning team is responsible for providing detailed forecasts for sales, packaging needs, warehousing, raw fruit needs, leading the fresh season daily KPI meetings and performing detailed analysis projects for multiple segments of the business. The Fruit Evaluation team oversees harvest for quality and quantity from bloom through finished goods. Responsible for supervising seasonal harvest evaluators in the field and through quality inspections at the plant.

develop and execute the marketing/sales strategy of a particular geographic territory on behalf of the Company.This strategy should be consistent with the National Sales focus and goals of the organization as whole, but it is the Business Development Manager's responsibility to analyze unique opportunities in his/her territory and develop a customized business plan to maximize potential referral opportunities in that territory. The marketing/sales strategy should encompass developing relationships and educating a multitude of referral sources and Payors within the healthcare continuum on the services offered by the Company. These referral sources include, but are not limited to: various healthcare facilities, area healthcare programs, local insurance payors, physician groups, case management groups. The Business Development Manager also works in conjunction with the local Company office, and the respective Community Liaison, to facilitate care for all referrals. In addition to the above, Business Development Manager is expected to manage his/her territory with an entrepreneurial mindset and develop a strategy to determine the best vehicles to increase the Company's visibility within the community and with various trade associations.
