Hi there! I am Mike Antony Fleming and and I have completed my bachelor's degree in Mechatronics engineering and just finished my masters in manufacturing engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of manufacturing engineering. I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills in the real world. In addition to my education, I have also completed various internships and projects that have allowed me to gain hands-on experience in the field. I have a passion for problem-solving and am always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems. I am a team player and thrive in collaborative environments. I believe that great ideas are born from diverse perspectives and I am always eager to learn from my peers and colleagues. Aside from my technical skills, I also have strong communication and leadership abilities. I have served as a team leader in group projects and have effectively managed teams to deliver successful results. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and exploring new places. I am always up for trying new things and love to challenge myself both personally and professionally. I am currently seeking new opportunities in the engineering industry.
