•Primary point of contact for all member inquiries (phone, email, fax and mail) regarding membership, programs, products and services. Responds to queries in a professional, thorough, timely and accurate manner.•Works independently to make appropriate and informed decisions to resolve inquiries and, when delegating inquiries to other staff, tracks progress through to confirm resolution.•Stays current on industry and business trends to support AES membership practices•Responsible for engaged participation in staff meetings and other in-house training to assure working knowledge and understanding of AES membership, programs, and services and their value and benefits•Maintains accurate membership metrics to support fiscal year and budgetary planning and identifies possible areas for improvement and/or action based on trends in membership data•Serves as a power user of the AMS and an expert resource on AES member data•Generates membership and other lists from the AMS as needed to support membership, marketing, and other AES outreach activities•Leads tactical planning and administration of the Fellow of the American Epilepsy Society (FAES) program, including calculating budget estimates and delivering the budgeted revenue•Serves as the secondary website and email manager for making website updates and using the email platform in the event that the primary website and email manager is unavailable.•Co-leads staff registration team to plan and oversee the build of the registration platform to deliver an optimal user experience on time and on budget•Manages selected tactical pieces of the onsite career fair at Annual Meeting, including estimating costs, vendor relationship, tracking sales and revenue, ensuring employer participants are properly registered, delivering final art for the program book (produced by the vendor) on deadline, and coordinating with the AES exposition partner on the build and layout of the onsite space

• Collaborate with artistic staff and technical director to assure continuity of creative vision.• Coordinate and communicate rehearsal schedules and calendar with artistic staff and cast.• Work with artistic director in preparing press releases, playbill, promotional materials, and managing social media.• Secure contracts with licensing agencies for potential productions for the upcoming season.

•Coordinate subscription renewal outreach. 94% renewal rate (15% increase from 2017)•Schedule and oversee all ticket sales, exchanges, and reports using AudienceView software. •Perform database management for customer accounts to maintain data hygiene.•Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external patrons.
