This resulted in delivery of all components on time, and six key features delivered four months early on a 12 month timeline.● Created a build and development harness across 10 page applications, increasing developer velocity by 40% for 60 engineers.● Collaborated closely with Product, Analytics, and Design to deliver high impact initiatives including an 18% page performance improvement and country expansion to Ireland, increasing annual revenue by $120M, while also negotiating with the 20 teams A/B testing on the PDP.● Interviewed 175 software engineers and managers, trained 45 interviewers, and led five company-wide hiring panels over an 18-month period.● Hired and then coached team Tech Lead to win Wayfair’s 2023 Outstanding Technologist award out of 3000 engineers.● Migrated 100K LoC Checkout pages from Monolith to k8s microservice while adding automation and observability.
