Major Mike Hoskins is a 31 year veteran with the Oklahoma City Police Department. He is currently assigned as the Special Investigations Division Commander. Major Hoskins has served as the Oklahoma City Police Department's Director of Training & Recruiting, EEO Officer, Advisor to the Council of Law Enforcement Education and Training, Major Cities Chiefs Human Resource Committee, Drug Unit Commander, Assistant Tactical Unit Commander, Patrol Shift Commander, Hostage Negotiations Unit, and Field Training Program. Major Hoskins is a graduate of the 94th Oklahoma City Police Department's Academy Class, the United States Department of Justice - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Academy (218th), and Law Enforcement Executive Development Program (56th) in Quantico, Virginia. He has served as an Entry Team member of the Tactical Unit as well as participated in and planned multiple high-risk and covert operations. Major Hoskins holds a Master's degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Southern Nazarene University as well as a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership. He is also a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police Executives through the Police Executive Research Forum at Boston University and the 61st United States Air Force - National Security Forum class. Hoskins has over 32 years experience in Jujitsu and holds two Jujitsu Black Belt certifications. He is married and has two daughters.
