Mike Hablewitz has joined the Prestwick Group as Manufacturing Manager. Mike's prior experience was as a senior consultant with WMEP for 11 years, with over 30 years’ experience in operations management, and extensive experience as a Lean implementer, Green implementer, strategic planner, organizational change leader, TQM implementer and supply chain development leader. Mike’s industry experience includes positions as Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Quality and Vice President of Materials with Twin Disc, Incorporated, and as Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations for KMC. Mike is a recipient of the Practitioner Award from the National Institute of Standards and Technology for his distinguished service to small and midsize manufacturers.Mike has a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and undergraduate degrees in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.Mike is a senior member of SME and AME, Certified in Lean at the bronze Level; a member of ASQ; and a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management from APICS.
