For over 20 years, I have been serving as a Lead Pastor and a Sr. Pastor in various churches, where I have been responsible for preaching, teaching, leadership training, and overseeing daily ministry activities and ministries. I have also been involved in business management, counseling, and executive leadership, applying my skills and knowledge in these areas to support the growth and development of the church and its members.I have a DMin in Executive Leadership, a MDiv in Theology and Human Resources Management and Services, and an Ordination as a Bishop, which reflect my passion and commitment to learning and leading in the field of pastoral ministry. I have also acquired multiple skills in public speaking, writing, interpersonal relationship building, financial controls, motivational skills, and leadership styles, which enable me to work effectively in any organization that requires these competencies. I am always interested in making new professional acquaintances and exploring new opportunities to use my abilities for a meaningful purpose.
