After many years helping realtors with transactions, I chose to obtain my Real Estate License. Becoming a Realtor has helped me to understand a different side to the transaction, and a closer connection to the borrower, and seller as well as the listing agent, and the selling agent. This experience has helped me to relate to employees how to better serve all parties.

Beginning March of 2014, I joined a management team at Intercap Lending, and stayed with them through Directors Financial, and LoanLeaders of America. I Tasked with recruiting, training, and growing the Southeast Markets of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Responsible for continuously defining, implementing and developing mortgage strategies for loan production in the region, in line with the guidelines set forth by the governing parties such as FHA, VA, and others. Responsible for business and sales growth for all mortgage products, to lead and engage a sales team of approximately 100 account executives in the region, solve business problems through a consultative approach, develop sales plans and be responsible for delivering revenue commitments. Develop influential relationships with key realtors, brokers, and builders in the target markets, and to help new and legacy customers at all levels and invest in key strategic initiatives, and to build an optimal organization to ensure long term sustainable growth.

As GMAC had been out of the mortgage business since 2008, a new region consisting of Georgia and Tennessee was developed •Recruited over 17 producing Loan Officers, closing over 85 million in 12 months, having no offices, and only 3 desk rentals •A bare bone operation with Loan Officers working from home, or car, and all operations being in Fort Washington PA. •Loan Officers were licensed and all branch models were approved prior to having the ability to originate any loans •GMAC filed for bankruptcy during this process, and eventually was sold to Greentree Finance

Directed a new region and strategic alliance division, with responsibilities including establishing join ventures with real estate offices, builders, and small banks in the Georgia and Florida markets•Recruit, hire, and train loan officers for each business according to the exact framework as required•Nationstar decided to exit the retail mortgage platform after many months of establishing, hiring, and training• The region had established over 12 joint ventures, and hired 15 loan officers

Build out of a new region, consisting of 4 teams of loan advisors, loan agents, underwriting and closing in a call center atmosphere. Recruited, trained, and worked hand in hand with loan officers to establish interest using internet, dated, and trigger leads.
