• Directed a new region and strategic alliance division, with responsibilities including establishing join ventures with real estate offices, builders, and small banks in the Georgia and Florida markets
• Recruit, hire, and train loan officers for each business according to the exact framework as required
• Nationstar decided to exit the retail mortgage platform after many months of establishing, hiring, and training
• The region had established over 12 joint ventures, and hired 15 loan officers
