As a Commercial Service Advisor I would recommend service or new equipment based on the repairs needed to the equipment. After the service tech would call me while on site, I would then write a quote for repair or provide a quote for a new unit. If the customer would like the replace the unit I would then coordinate everything needed to install the unit. If a crane was needed I would schedule the time and permits needed including permits needed for any gas or construction done at the job-site. If the customer would want to repair the unit, I would let the tech know or coordinate parts if the tech needs them on-site.

Virginia Rubber Company sales products for Vacuum Trucks in the septic/excavation/gas/oil industries. I started in the warehouse assembling the many different types of hose. Then was promoted to an inside/outside sales position. When not on the road I would help with answering technical questions from customers and help with large order logistics. I would also travel to many different areas of the United States selling and maintaining relationships with many business owners. and also coordinated a yearly company exhibition at the yearly WWET Show.
