I am the Campus Pastor at Trinity Church in Stuttgart, Germany. We are an English-speaking evangelical church with a weekend attendance of 300+. I am full-time with 6 part-time staff.

I assist the Senior Pastor by supervising and developing church staff. I develop, implement, and improve systems and programs aimed at achieving his God-given vision for our congregation.

After serving as the Children's Pastor at Morningside Church for ten years, I became the Family Ministries Pastor. In my new role, I cast vision and develop people to carry out a "cradle to career" approach to ministry; working together with parents to empower a generation with a knowledge and love for Christ and for people. I have the privilege to oversee a small staff of incredibly talented and committed people along with nearly 200 volunteers who make a difference in the lives of countless kids and their families. I also manage our church bookstore, Christian Book & Video. I am currently helping launch our newest campus, Morningside Church West, in St. Lucie West. I am truly blessed to have this opportunity to serve God, his church, and the local community.

As the Children's Pastor at Morningside Church I was responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that encouraged the spiritual growth of children birth to 5th grade. Over the course of ten years, I was able to grow a team from 12 volunteers to 180 volunteers. These volunteers have been instrumental to any success that we have had in helping children and families grow in their faith.
