I am a highly motivated, people-orientated and value-driven individual, with a complimentary mix of technical and subject matter skills. My experience has been gained during more than 30 years of service in the UK law enforcement community, firstly as a police officer and latterly as a senior officer in the National Crime Agency (NCA). Most of my experience has been gained in the major and serious organised crime environments.As a law enforcement subject matter expert on the use of digital capabilities and specialist technologies, I have provided strategic and tactical advice on many high-profile and serious crime investigations nationally. I take pride in delivering an efficient and meaningful product often in very challenging circumstances and environments. I am highly experienced at developing and building relationships and trust. I am confident dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels and across both public and private sectors.
