As a project manager for a utility design-build construction company I work on large-scale projects throughout California, which improve the safety and reliability of energy and other utilities. Having owned a successful business I gained the organizational, accountability, budgeting and production skills that help me excel in this position. I am a people person at heart. What I enjoy most about my job is the direct interactions with co-workers and clients, and working collaboratively to come up with solutions that lead to better outcomes. With each new project comes new possibilities and personalities, but at the end of day the it’s all about connecting people and that’s what drives me.
