Successfully conducted thousands of title searches in over 10 counties in Southeastern Indiana while working with county elected officials and deputies. Worked closely with real estate agents and attorneys to make sure closings happened on time. Maintained strong relationships with all parties to try and encourage repeat business. Responsible for making sure that the money that changed hands matched the needs of the transaction. Assisted in the preparation of legal documents such as deeds and mortgages for recording at courthouses. Verified that all funds were disbursed, and appropriate documents were recorded. Gained many local connections with this job and maintained good relationships.

Received Promotion to join the Inventory control team in April of 2022. Our team worked to monitor cycle counts and successfully manage variances. This was all done using HighJump Software. HighJump Software is a global provider of supply chain management software that streamlines the flow of inventory and information from supplier to store shelf. We also took care of returns and damaged/extra products while consistently monitoring expired products. Worked 12 hours a night on call for any issues brought up by Replenishment Drivers. In the short time I spent on this team, I really learned a lot and gained substantial communication and problem-solving skills.

Picker/Dock (Night Shift): The main objective was picking and packing products as quickly as possible. This included working with a large group of people; all are trying to efficiently get products out the door and to customers as soon as possible. Gained a tremendous sense of how a modern Fulfillment Center is designed and operated. Within the time I have spent here, I have watched the company grow in numbers exponentially, causing expansion within almost all aspects of the facility. Here I built connections with people I wasn't expecting to.Receiving (Day Shift): included taking products received to the floor using pallet jacks, breaking down pallets of products, counting products in large numbers. The next step in the receiving process was to then stack the products in bins and reserve locations. I learned how to utilize space with a large number of products with limited storage sites available. The expansion helped with this.

Checked quality of food and kept track of old and new items to ensure freshness of ingredients. Scraped and stacked dirty dishes and cooking utensils to prepare items for cleaning. Used food thermometer to verify cooking of food items to the proper temperature. Sanitized food preparation areas, grills, and equipment to avoid cross-contamination from raw items. Prepped food and served food.

Mowing, Weed Eating, Mulching, Pruning Trees, Picking Apples, and Peaches. Helped from start to finish planting 1400 apple trees in the summer of 2017. Worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately. Oversaw daily operations to ensure high levels of productivity.
