Some of my daily responsibilities are engaging the craft leads and craftsmen in out Daily Preparation Process(DPP), managing workflow/task efficiency, supervising the craft leads and craftsmen, establishing our daily production/safety/quality goals, complete daily field briefs/reports, align the craft leads with the proper material and equipment on a daily basis, set up concrete pours including pumping/logistics plans, ensuring the craft leads have the proper information to succeed, laying out work as needed to help supplement the field engineer, track daily unit rates to ensure projects come in on or under budget, responsible for on-site safety, conduct daily safety meetings, and coordinating other trades and their possible impact of our daily/weekly plan.
