The first was Sales Assistant in the Children’s Clothing Department, where it is my responsibility to ensure all customer needs are met to 100% of my ability. I am also tasked with ensuring the store policies are implemented for the clothing sections in store, which involves creativity and passion to ensure customers experience in store is a memorable one. My second position I held was CCTV. The purpose of this position is to protect my colleagues and customers alike by detection and prevention of crime in our store. I had to abide by current legislation and data protection laws in order to do my job effectively and efficiently. Liaising with the local authorities and store management was required on a daily basis.

A Service Operations Technician carries out both console and peripheral operations duties, the monitoring of systems via either client or company solutions, logging and escalating alerts as well as logging and answering calls within the call management system, maintaining an awareness of any problem areas. The operations team is at the heart of IT Services providing a quality service higher than that which clients could achieve for themselves, 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
