Utilizing SAP S4 Hana SD FI PO and MM to provide OTC functionality. With teamwork, implemented Revenue and Reporting (RAR) for subscription based revenue reporting. Architected and Implemented corporate (TMS) transportation management system and 3PL model. Architected automated integration with many small parcel and freight carriers. With team, implemented an elaborate shipment tracking portal and services. I have architected and implemented a unique Requirements Based Delivery and Billing solution to help improve internal challenges and customer experience which harmonizes the delivery and billing of our very large and very small materials and subscription services. I perform Functional Analyses and Configurations to provide OTC solutions. I am also an accomplished ABAP developer and have architected and developed countless custom solutions ranging from simple to very complex. I have the ability to look at complex problems and compartmentalize the requirements in order to architect solutions. I direct and coordinate with internal and external development teams, reporting teams and consulting teams. I interface with upper management, business users and teams across all system landscapes to implement new solutions and designs.

With continued and tightened focus on direct to consumer sales I direct and lead onsite and consulting teams in bringing enhancements to existing customer data and order fulfillment. I have directed the integration of multiple data enhancement services to improve targeted marketing strategies. With teams I have enabled new master data platforms to improve the customer experience and to enable new enterprise level strategies. These strategies seek not only new customers but also focus heavily on existing customers to provide future opportunities and journeys. Data analytics has become a sharp focus. Snowflake Data Warehousing has become a great tool for ingesting core ERP and disparate data sources to make analysis feasible where prior efforts were difficult. Other projects include implementation of automated financing, loans and new payment card platforms.

Design, develop and maintain software applications to suit business requirements of a major manufacturing company. Working primarily on an IBM iSeries (or whatever IBM calls it this year) and programming in RPG/RPGLE. I oversee a staff of 8 programmers and direct their efforts to provide solutions to business needs. Areas of focus include, Order Entry applications, Order processing, shipping, product labelling, invoicing, purchasing, receiving, & any other project that gets thrown toward me.
