Responsible for investigation and disposition of all customer complaints / corrective actions, quality liaison with top customers. Disposition of daily internal non conformances. Manage quality data bases for CoA, internal / external non conformances and monthly / yearly reporting. Work with vendors on quality issues and claims. Champion SPC implementation during the coating and metallizing process. Conduct audits of our ISO internal quality system. Lead / Participate in Kaizen or continuous improvement projects.

Applied pre-metallization water / solvent based coatings to raw paper. Ensure first quality material, perform pre / post coating inspection and testing. Responsible for environmental reporting, followed all Vacumet safety procedures and manufacturing instructions.
