Mr. Kawecki served as the Vice President of Business Management for ADG Creative and as a program manager for ADG's federal contracts. In these roles he provided business consultation support to the corporate leadership team and oversight to the contracts, project control and accounting teams. He also served as the program manager for the firm's federal contracts. Previously, he filled the role of Federal Business Strategist for ADG, providing business management leadership for the firm’s federal contracts. In this role Mr. Kawecki served as the corporate business liaison, interacting with government and prime contractor management teams. He was responsible for providing financial data, analysis and strategic consultation to internal and client senior management teams facilitating funding and resource planning decision-making processes. He was also responsible for ensuring ADG’s federal billing process was accurate, compliant, and in alignment with federal funding source requirements. In addition, Mr. Kawecki was responsible for the development and implementation of corporate financial data collection, analysis and reporting tools and templates. In his role at ADG, Mr. Kawecki provided business management services to contracts supporting the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Unites States Army (USA), the United States Air Force (USAF), the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Mr. Kawecki served as a Sr. Financial Consultant on the staff of a government program management office (PMO) for a key program at NSA; provided senior government customers business and financial analysis to support the tracking of uniquely funded projects being worked out of organizations across the entire agency; provided resource tracking support with respect to the effort to stand up USCYBERCOM within NSA spaces; served as a business process consultant supporting NSA's Technology Directorate team as they built and implemented Management Information System products for TD management; served as Mosaic’s deputy program manager for the Enterprise Program Management II (EPM2) contract

Mr. Kawecki supported NSA customers in the process to plan, prioritize, request, procure and track Supplemental funding from Congress; including application of lessons learned to current processes, business process reengineering, development of data collection tools and templates, data collection, data compilation, data analysis, data formatting, meeting facilitation support, reporting of results, documentation of process and results, compilation of lessons learned.He also served as the Sr. Financial Consultant on the staff of a key government program management office (PMO) at NSA; provided senior government customers with business and financial analysis to support the allocation and tracking of annual funds across a portfolio of twenty-plus projects; also served as Nortel’s task lead for work being performed on the CES/CPC contract.
