Responsible for 45 tennis courts, which included all 4 Grand Slam Surfaces, a world class fitness center, court maintenance, front desk, ProShop and two restaurants. Club was home to the Master’s Cup, U.S.Men’s Clay Court Championships, Davis Cup and The Houston Wranglers WTT Team. Helped manage and support all events from ticket sales to contract and player appearance fee negotiations. Successfully developed and implemented new tennis programs, which improved member relations, increased tennis participation, reducedexpenditures by 8%, and increased employee morale.

Managed an annual budget of $300,000, supervised 10-15 employees, and oversaw court maintenance of 15 Har-Tru tennis courts.Implemented a successful instructional tennis program. Coached every type of player from the beginner level, juniors, USTA Women’s and Mixed Doubles, and touring professionals. Continue to coach many of the members to this day. Created adult weekly round robins, member’s seasonal tennis events, socials, and professional tennis exhibitions, such as Club Cook-Outs w/ Pro Exhibitions, Ladies Valentine’s Day Mixer, Champagne Brunch Member/Pro Exhibitions and others. Created Summer Junior Tennis and Sports Camps rated Top 100 Camps in America. As a result, junior tennis revenues increased from $13,000 per year to over $125,000 per year. Grew membership from 180 family memberships to over 300 in two years. Worked with hotel staff to elevate guest tennis participation which increased revenues and added to food + beverage sales.
