About Michael Lagrange

I was drawn to mobile games early, as it was a burgeoning industry that evolved quickly as the phones did. I started by launching and porting many smaller games on flip phones shifting with the industry smartphones became the dominant mobile game platform utilizing a free to play games as a service model; leading to being a key contributor in a small startup making it all the way through its $1B IPO. I spearheaded the design and implementation of feature pipelines to support our products as the company grew and expanded over time. Often my time was spent supporting business owners in solving product issues related to customer experience using user data to support my update and feature launch strategies. Over my career, I have solved tough engineering problems individually and with cross-functional teams, managed live service products with limited resources, and coordinated projects at large and small scales. I have proven to be a capable manager by mentoring and adapting processes for new engineers and communicating their issues effectively up the chain while still meeting the higher business goals laid out.
