Manage multiple shifts each day, working with all teams to ensure that daily quotas are met and ensuring that all safety measures and GMP’s are being followed. Employ lean manufacturing in the plant and work to increase productivity in the plant to be consistently above standard. Institute SOPs to educate the staff on faster, smarter ways to run the lines while maintaining safety and quality standards. Help to set up Natural Work Teams to make the lines self-sustainable, as well as help to improve their output. By doing this we made the lines more successful and were able to do so by the operators working hand in hand with maint. To learn how to handle minor mechanical issues on their own cutting down on downtime. Set up and worked with TPM as well as institute Natural Work Teams as well as startup Kaizen meetings to help determine failure points as well as ways to fix/improve said areas.

Supervise staffing during first and second shifts, ensure all shipments make it out in a timely manner as well. Run all reports and make manufacturing plans for the daily runs to make sure all necessary parts are produced and kept in stock for our plants to be able to pull from to ensure assembly lines in Jackson can continue to run. Ran Kaizens monthly to help determine the weak areas in the process as well as worked to created new findings to ensure a better production process. Instituted the 5 Whys, as well as the 4 M’s at the facility to help in Root Cause Analysis for the plant. I also worked the set up Natural Work Teams at the plant, to help make our operators as well as general staff realize that they are more of the solution that just a person on the floor. This cut down in downtime and minor mechanical issues as well due to the group working side by side with maintenance staff.

Set up of new plant in Missouri and training of employees on the products we sell as well as the manufacturing processes that we do at the plant as well. Instituted the 5 Whys, the 4 M’s program and later worked on starting the group up with their own Kaizen training and meetings.

Set up new SOPs for the production departments and worked to decrease production time from months to weeks on many items. Trained on lean manufacturing as it pertained to their business. Worked with Product Development as well as all of facets of the overall all manufacturing as well as shipping and receiving.

Worked with Dominican Plant to ensure that the team was in fact brought up to speed on their production but also ensured that the teams were taught SOP's and trained on all facets of Lean Manufacturing that applied to them.
