Server in charge of break allotment and voids. Bartended various events including weddings and private engagements. In charge of cash drawer and its contents and balanced the drawer before and after my shift.

-Assisted in the sales of banquets and weddings as well as other types of parties including up sales of bar packages-My duties include all beverage ordering for the restaurant and snack bars both non alcoholic and alcoholic from gatorades for the snack bar to an eighteen year old scotch at the ol 19th hole. - Also in charge of monthly inventory and setting of all alcoholic prices- In charge of picking the wine on our wine list (I'm located in the middle of Livermore Wine Country)- In charge of constructing the cocktail list- I am the manager on the floor in day to day restaurant lunch operations and am in charge of breaking staff and making sure everything is running smoothly and business is getting handled.- In charge or meeting with reps and distributors - In charge of maintaining a spotless and up to code bar.- In charge of training bartenders in both mixing the cocktails and keeping up to ABC and ServSafe Standards.- In charge of scheduling of all restaurant employees including banquet Staff- I am in charge of Weddings after dinner service is concluded and the event coordinator goes home. Duties include coordinating and breaking staff in between breaks in the weddings activity timeline and making sure the activities for the timeline itself are staying on schedule. I'm also doing all of this while manning the bar and keeping the bride and groom as well as their guests happy and making sure it's one of the most special nights of their lives.- I have a very close relationship with both my bosses one being The Executive Chef and the other being the Front of the House/event coordinator

In-N-Out was the first of two places of employment ever. It is a great company that taught valuable skills such as customer service, leadership, integrity, etc. I shot up to the highest level without being a full time manager as it was the job that got me through college. The level 7 needed to know store operations inside and out (no pun intended) which included being in charge of the safe and daily deposits of the store's daily revenue. Throughout various "semester breaks" in college I also did what In-N-Out called "All-Staring". Where select picked employees from various stores opened up a new location where they work six, ten hour days a week and train new hires and work vigorously to feed the masses.
