Director, Public Policy And Economic Analysis
CurrentThe Director of Public Policy and Economic Analysis (PPEA) has primary responsibility for developing and advancing the RadNet regulatory analysis and public policy response, as well as developing and administering the RadNet public policy advocacy program. The PPEA works directly with RadNet Executive Management to inform and guide on public policy initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities:- Monitor, review and analyze the impact of regulatory rules- Advise and coordinate the response to regulatory requests for information or comment- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on regulation, especially related to reimbursements and similar areas - Engage with regulators to provide education and context on relevant topics - Develop and implement an advocacy plan that includes industry stakeholder engagement, and state and federal legislator outreach- Investigate and recommend value based payment models including forecasting of economic outcomes- Educate and support the Executive Management team in advocacy activities - Educate management teams in various RadNet departments on the economic impact of regulatory and legislative events - Serve on industry committees on behalf of RadNet
