Responsible for planning and directing all of activities in accordance with credit union policies as established by the Board, as well as setting business-related goals for strategic direction. Responsible for ensuring financial stability commensurate with the best interest of members, employees, Credit Union, and community. Provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of Freedom’s vision, mission, core values, strategic goals and objectives, and its annual business goals and initiatives. Develops strategic plans to advance Freedom’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Oversee credit union operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources in meeting or exceeding business goals and fostering a satisfying work atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include leading, guiding, and coaching staff and Board of Directors to provide an exemplary member experience.

Oversee daily operations of Freedom’s Business Banking, Business Development, Marketing, Direct and Indirect Lending, Mortgage Lending, Branch Operations, and Call Center to ensure that service delivery systems and procedures are contemporary, compliant with credit union and regulatory policy; and effective, efficient, and cost-effective. Ensure duties and responsibilities assigned to respective departmental managers are carried out in an efficient, systematic, and cost effective manner that will contribute to the achievement of Freedom’s strategic and business plan goals and assure maximum member service satisfaction.

Oversee daily operations of Freedom’s Branch Operations, Business Banking, Loan and Collections Departments, and Member Service Support Center to ensure that service delivery systems and procedures are contemporary, compliant with credit union and regulatory policy; and effective, efficient, and cost-effective. Ensure duties and responsibilities assigned to respective departmental and branch managers are carried out in an efficient, systematic, and cost effective manner that will contribute to the achievement of Freedom’s strategic and business plan goals, and assure maximum member service satisfaction
