As one of three directors across an ecosystem of suite-based products, I direct and coordinate a team of six interaction and visual designers. Design strategy, work and load planning and overall direction on a consistent user experience and quality of the work, are all part of the day to day. I further support the larger design group by defining and setting direction on overall process documentation and standardized tool usage as well as budgeting and headcount allocations.

Responsible for the design and layout of the UX and front-end/user experience for Facebook based social games. Set the style for the UI as well as the overall game and produced a majority of the game and UI assets for all of games released. Set UI styles and ensured consistent UX across mobile (games) apps. Managed outsourcing specifications and relationships to ensure on time delivery of high quality graphical assets.Additional responsibilities include production of all game and animation assets and aesthetic components of a 3D, online sports game boasting more than 2 million registered users. Production and implementation all of the necessary assets for the user interface.

Built a small team to begin prototyping of a web based entertainment portal designed for children.
