As Partner with Kadus Group I oversee the strategy, planning, design, and execution of mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, retail, and ICI projects across the country. I am passionate about creating value for our clients, partners, and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked in both the development and consulting sectors.Prior to joining Kadus Group, I was the President of MLM Development Advisory, a consulting firm that provided development management and construction management services to property owners, developers, and landlords. I guided the development process from conception to delivery, coordinating the broader development team and serving as the central point for communication and decision making. I leveraged my skills in development management, capital project management, and vendor relations to provide leadership and solutions to various real estate projects.
