I am now with Integra Buildings Ltd heading up the Technical and Design team. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience predominantly in offsite / modular construction, but have also worked on large traditional and hybrid construction projects. Technical leadership and focus have previously enabled me to aid business growth and development in difficult and competitive market driven sectors. Intuitive value engineering of building components whilst maintaining regulatory compliance and end user satisfaction are highly important to me. Ensuring that projects are delivered to exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining commercial value to the end user are paramount.My focus also relates to sustainability and use of renewable technologies, being a BRE accredited energy assessor enables me to evaluate buildings holistically at pre-tender stage to determine the most commercially viable solutions to offer the end user best value.I am also an Associate member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).
