In this role, I have chief leadership of all IT SDLC functions, systems, infrastructure, and application development; managing high-profile projects across entire project life cycle for clients in various sectors. I supervise, mentor, and evaluate technical and business reports. I manage vendor relationships; review and negotiate vendor contracts. I lead project scope, resource allocation, scheduling, quality, budgeting, cost control, and risk control. I also ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget to client base. ***Value Added***✔ISED - OSB Trustee Licensing Application, (2016-Present): Direct and lead the development of ISED’s OSB Trustee Licensing application comprising if a Java Spring front end application, the C# web services integration layer and the CRM dynamics backend. ✔Canadian Institutes for Health Information – CIHI, (2014-2016/Ongoing): Complete multiple development projects, including an LMS integration and customer portal.✔eQuery: Customer Portal (Web front-end, CRM back-end), (2014-2015): Developed a custom Java web application designed to interface with an enterprise CRM back-end. Developed proof-of-concept; performed code reviews. Used SQL to perform CRUD operations on the Oracle 12g relational databases.✔Ministry of Technology, Innovation and Citizen’s Services (Government) (2013-2014): Traveled and visited Victoria, BC to drive the successful integration of CMSLite: Enterprise Content Management System (Java enterprise web application built).

I was on-boarded to drive the seamless development and SDLC process of various business-critical tools. I managed developers and resources to drive application requirements and functional specifications; designed and implemented application architecture-based on industry best practices, used Hibernate as the ORM framework for the Java application. I led and launched application deployment procedures based on continuous integration practices.***Value Added***✔Successfully led the design and development of SmartBuilding, a Property Management cloud-based Java web application and Smart Guard - cloud based web application where records and incidences could be logged; schedules generated.

Key Projects:✔Organizational Index Application: Orchestrated a tool to facilitate the research, process, approve and publish hospital/facility information. Implemented core application functionality within a Java 1.5/Oracle 10g environment.✔Agresso: C.O.T.S. Financial System: Spearheaded the development of 50+ financial reports using Agresso’s financial reporting software. Tools - Visual Basic, SQL and Agresso’s native reporting language.✔Contact Management Application: Drove the development of a web-based contract management application to allow external hospital/facility managers to control who within organizations had secure access to analytic reports.✔Numerous Projects: Ecommerce Upgrade 2, Submission Security Application, Topic Index , Client Services (Application Portal) Secure Health Data Application Portal, Electronic Data Submission (E.D.S.S.): Secure Health Data Submission Tool, Legacy Ecommerce Application, COTS Integration, and Internal Communication Website.
