I also ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget to client base. ***Value Added***✔ISED - OSB Trustee Licensing Application, (2016-Present): Direct and lead the development of ISED’s OSB Trustee Licensing application comprising if a Java Spring front end application, the C# web services integration layer and the CRM dynamics backend. ✔Canadian Institutes for Health Information – CIHI, (2014-2016/Ongoing): Complete multiple development projects, including an LMS integration and customer portal.✔eQuery: Customer Portal (Web front-end, CRM back-end), (2014-2015): Developed a custom Java web application designed to interface with an enterprise CRM back-end. Developed proof-of-concept; performed code reviews. Used SQL to perform CRUD operations on the Oracle 12g relational databases.✔Ministry of Technology, Innovation and Citizen’s Services (Government) (2013-2014): Traveled and visited Victoria, BC to drive the successful integration of CMSLite: Enterprise Content Management System (Java enterprise web application built).

I was on-boarded to drive the seamless development and SDLC process of various business-critical tools. I managed developers and resources to drive application requirements and functional specifications; designed and implemented application architecture-based on industry best practices, used Hibernate as the ORM framework for the Java application. Financial System: Spearheaded the development of 50+ financial reports using Agresso’s financial reporting software.
