Meeting customer requirements while protecting profit margins• Development, coordination and execution of pricing strategy for the US market ($1.6B), including annual GPI.• Review and approval of all tender offers above standard Sales approval thresholds with SLA lead time of one day.• Negotiation of discounts, rebates, fee concessions & other incentives with Sales team in order to win profitable business • Assessment of ongoing competitive pricing trends by market, product, trade lane and fees• Oversight of customer contracts/LOA’s, and responses to RFQ / RFP bids.• Re-leveling customer rates based on performance against contractual revenue commitments• Regular visits with existing and potential customers to identify threats and opportunities in pricing strategy• Presentation of US pricing performance to global executive team in annual Strategic Pricing Alignment• Leading and motivating team of twenty-one employees, including four direct reports
