In his role as Portfolio Delivery Lead, Mike is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of delivery for every client in his portfolio. He deploys people, tools and processes that support a program delivery approach aligning to stakeholder expectations and the business objectives of the program. Mike has extensive experience in the implementation of vendor and custom platforms crossing all functions across the payer and provider spectrum. He has successfully led large, complex delivery programs comprised of onshore and offshore teams.

As a delivery lead in Accenture’s Healthcare Analytics practice, Mike had responsibility for leading analytics strategy and implementation engagements in the payor and provider space. Mike’s focus was finding opportunities to identify and deliver data to enable operational and strategic decision making for his clients.
